Unboxing the Bamboo Polyhedrons
The packaging styles may vary, but carefully handle the product in the same manner. Locate the paper wrapped polyhedrons and carefully remove it from the box holding only the paper. DO NOT grab the bamboo as a whole, else you may puncture the bamboo.
Handling the Bamboo Polyhedron
When handling the bamboo polyhedrons only hold them from the top side where the holes are located. If you need to set the Polyhedron down, set it on the flat side so that it does not roll and get damaged.
Installing the Bamboo Polyhedron
After the bulbs are installed into the matching sockets, loosen the socket rings until there is a 1/4" gap between the socket ring and the rubber washer. Insert the bulb and socket into the hole containing the slot located at the top of the Polyhedron and slide the socket into the slot. With one finger holding the socket in place, tighten the socket ring until tight. Adjust the orientation of the socket and socket ring as necessary to match drawings.
When connecting the C ring to the Socket Ring the cord should bend in the same way the C Ring bends. This ensures that the Polyhedron will hang properly. When attaching the Polyhedron to the frame make sure someone else is stabilizing the frame to keep it from swinging around.
